Our Oak tree we planted a few years ago is growing really well. I was surprised to see a Mockingbird made her nest in it a few weeks ago. Then she was quiet for a while - watching the eggs I am sure. Then the babies were born. We just got back from a destination wedding - and they are already teenagers (out of the nest but not yet flying)!

They really are not too afraid of me. I stay still for a few minutes and they get comfortable with me. I decided to video one of the two teenagers today and while I was shooting, dad came by to feed it!
