We just wanted to make a quick post to tell everyone Merry Christmas, if you are lucky you got some snow from that big storm that came across the country. We got some rain out of it because it's hard to end up with snow when it's 70+ degrees outside.

So now it's time for you to stop playing on the internet and go enjoy your Christmas Day! I'm going to make some of those bacon wrapped, cheese jalapeños today and I might even share.

We rang in the new year in style - in our backyard! It was a gorgeous evening. About 60 degrees and few clouds. We popped open a bottle of champagne and sat by the fire pit. At midnight we watched the fireworks over the trees from Universal Studios.

We are looking forward to 2009 and it being the best year ever!

Eric Cartman from South Park has a version of "Oh Holy Night" that I just heard on Itunes Radio "Xmas in Frisko from SomaFM" and it was so funny! Instead of "A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices" Cartman said "Jesus was born and so I get presents" and I couldn't stop laughing!



I think what I like most about this Christmas station on Itunes is that they make up new lyrics for existing songs. I am always doing that - I love singing to the dogs and I make up phrases that match the original lyrics. Fun stuff!
