Just to change things up I thought I'd post about a drink we were introduced to by a friend of ours. It's called an Irish Car Bomb and it is basically a glass of Guinness with a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream and you have to drink it fast because the Irish Cream will curdle in the Guinness if you don't and you will end up with a very thick drink.
If you are fast enough though this is a pretty tasty drink. Funny that our friend is from the UK and he had some of his friends from back home in town that weekend. We had several of these and it was quite an interesting night.
