- When you leave a comment — your name, email address, and comment. Your email is required so we can respond if needed; it is not published on the site. Comments are held for moderation before they appear.
- When you subscribe to our newsletter — your first name, last name, and email address. The signup form is processed by MailChimp, our email provider, so they can send the updates you asked for.
- When you search the site — your search words are used only to show results during that visit. We do not store them for marketing or share them with anyone.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to communicate and share information between you and us through this website. That includes moderating comments, replying when appropriate, and sending blog updates you requested. We do not use your details for advertising profiles or unrelated purposes.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not pass comment or contact details to data brokers.
