Have you read the book The Happiness Project? I bought it just over a year ago when it was released and I loved it! I don't even remember how I heard about it but from the name and description I knew I wanted to read it. There are so many books that I can wait until they are available at the library but this was not one of them.
The author, Gretchen Rubin, has a blog that she posts daily thoughts and interviews to and I signed up to get her daily email.
