Bouchon at the Venetian

Bouchon at the Venetian

May 21, 2007 ยท Chris

The Vegas reviews continue...

If you are looking for the best kept secret in Vegas, Bouchon is it! It is very hard to find. I read a blog before heading to Vegas about how they have a great breakfast. We headed over to the Venetian to find it. It wasn't on any of the maps. Did it close? I finally asked someone that worked at the hotel and they told me to head to the check in on the main floor, then head up the elevator to the Venezia Tower. Then you walk past another check in desk and a pool - and there it is!

While we were waiting to be seated (only a few minutes) we saw they had a stamp/embossing machine with these blue sheet of thick paper. It was a make-your-own business card. Really cool!

Chris ordered the Croque Madame - a toasted ham and cheese on brioche with a fried egg and mornay sauce. I wanted it, too, but I didn't want to get two of the same thing. I tried it and it was yummy! But in the end I was glad I ordered the cinnamon oatmeal with fresh berries. So good!

More to come - still!
