I've always liked Rice Krispie treats. I didn't make them very often, but when I did they were heaven! Or I would buy them already made at candy shops. But since I am now vegan, I can't do the butter.
I've been reading the CFGF lists at Whole Foods and one of the snacks they list are Envirokidz Organic Crispy Rice Bars (link no longer available). The only ones that are CFGF are the peanut butter and they are SO good! So good that 9 times out of 10, Whole Foods is sold out of them. So I decided to buy a case of them online! They arrived today and it was like a candy store coming to me. Fun!

And while I am talking about Envirokidz, another great product they make are the EnviroKidz Vanilla Animal Cookies (link no longer available) I found mine in the Greenwise section of Publix and I think they are better than regular animal cookies!
