Chocolate Souffle

I decided to try and make a souffle one night - and it really wasn't as hard as a friend of mine made it seem. Actually, it was pretty easy! I think the hard part is the presentation since it falls so fast.

The only downside was I made a huge recipe from Foodnetwork.com and we ate too much - I don't want a souffle again for a LONG time!
