I was waiting in the dentist's office reading some magazine - Southern Living maybe? They had these three bean salad that looked awesome and I tried to memorize the recipe but I forgot some of it. The base part is edamame, kidney beans and chick peas. Then I added some chopped onion and a few spices - oregano one time and something else the other time. It is an evolving recipe - but I LOVE it! So healthy, too!
