It is a beautiful summer (it should be Spring - it is April after all) afternoon here in Orlando today so we decided to eat our lunch outside.
We made grilled cheese sandwiches and salad and I decided to create a new salad dressing that turned out great!
Here is the unofficial recipe:
About 4 tablespoons of olive oil
About 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (the good kind - Bragg's)
A pinch of cayenne pepper
A pinch of black pepper
About a tablespoon of orange juice
I also bought this awesome new pitcher and I put some watermelon in it with my water. Watermelon water on a hot summer day = yum!
