I am so ready for the fall! I haven't been camping in so long and I can't wait for the cooler weather so we can go camping and sleep at night. We tried camping in Jacksonville, Florida in July and it was WAY too hot to sleep.
The things I love about camping:

*Sleeping Outside
*Quality time with Chris and our Poodle James
*Being Unplugged
*S'mores
S'mores! They are one of the best things about easy car camping. I haven't tried them backpacking yet but on an easy car camping trip s'mores are the best!
I was flipping through the Trader Joe's Fearless Flyer and they mentioned graham crackers and their super awesome Chocolate Covered Marshmallows!
So now I am on a s'mores kick seeing what fun recipes I can find online.
