Ramen Soup at Home

Ramen Soup at Home

October 28, 2020 ยท Sandra

I stopped at JoAnn fabric the other day (I am making some new holiday bandanas for James) and I noticed people coming out of a big store next door. It looked like an Asian supermarket - like the one we liked in Orlando. I walked over there and sure enough - it was a really nice Asian supermarket! I bought a bunch of fun items to cook and I also got a salted duck from the deli counter up front since I hadn't eaten lunch yet.

I have been craving ramen soup and the last time I had a good ramen soup was in Copenhagen before the pandemic! So I decided to buy the ingredients for ramen soup. It wasn't so hard to make - I just needed a few pots for the different items - soft boiled egg, noodles, box choy and broth. It turned out pretty tasty! You can't really see the noodles because they are under all of the yummy toppings!
