It is so odd to see huge rocks in the ocean and on the beach! Chris and I both grew up in Florida with flat, sandy beaches. Here in Oregon, huge rocks are just out in the ocean and huge rocks are along the shore. So much of the coastline is rocky and has cliffs, too. It is so beautiful!
The best part about Oregon beaches: they are dog friendly! James really enjoyed that.
Tierra Del Mar is a beach just north of Pacific City, Oregon. You can drive on the beach in both areas but Tierra Del Mar is much quieter. The beach over at Pacific City is a zoo with swimmers and the famous Dory boats.
