We really enjoyed walking around Hot Springs State Park. The park is right in downtown Thermopolis. Early in the mornings, we were the only people at the park!
There are boardwalks so you can walk right on top of the hot springs and all of the mineral deposits.
The water is trickling out of so many places around the park:
The boardwalks lead to a pedestrian suspension bridge that goes across the Bighorn River:
The mineral streams are so clear:
Watching the plants sway in the warm mineral water is just mesmerizing:
It was fun feeling the water temperatures in different places:
