I love it when my hairdresser tries products on my hair that I haven't tried before. I am such a sucker for beauty products and I am always in search of something great!
Recently she used Bumble and Bumble Curl Conscious for Coarse Curls Calming Creme. The thing is, I don't have coarse curls. I have a few random ringlets in my hair if I let it air dry but nothing that could be worked with in any way. My hair does seem a *little* coarse because I color and highlight it so much. So I thought it would be great and I bought it.
It was great for the next day or so - but I can't seem to get it right any other time. I either use too little or too much and I just can't seem to find the right amount. Too much and my hair feels almost squeaky - rubbery - ish. Too little and obviously it is like I didn't use anything at all.
Does anyone have any secret tips? I've tried using it alone. I've tried using it and then after my hair is blown dry I spray a finishing shine. I've tried using it with leave in conditioner. I have a good 3/4 of a bottle left and I hate to just throw it away and give up!
