More prom dress catalogs! This time it is Panoply (link no longer available) and a lot of their dresses are very nice but look just like all of the other prom dresses. But two stood out to me that were just awesome!
This dress has a lot of features I love - the one shoulder, the leg cutout, the ruffles, the train, the pink color, the peacock embroidery and the asymmetrical waistline:
This dress looked awesome on Panoply's runway show video (link no longer available) and the photos don't really do it justice. I love the keyhole back and the center front slit. It looks like an Oscar gown!
It doesn't look like you can buy these dresses anywhere in Orlando - the one store listed is a store out by UCF/Alafaya that closed. It was on the news for taking brides' money and never ordering their dresses. So sad.
But I did see some dress shops in Brooksville, Crystal River, Jacksonville, Jupiter and West Palm Beach. Just be sure to call ahead and make sure they are open. The Orlando store is still listed and I think they closed over a year ago. Prom dress shopping road trip!
