As I mentioned yesterday, the '90s are coming back! First the Stephanie Seymour/Carmela Sutera short/long look and now lots of sheer material around the neckline.
I have been reading wedding magazines since I was a little girl and I remember the '90s issues - this dress looks like it was taken straight from one of the pages!
