I love this Pacific blue Oscar de la Renta off the shoulder puff sleeve gown! It reminds me of a bridesmaid dress I got from my cousin that she wore back in the early 90s. I think the right mother of the bride could wear this gown to her daughter's wedding! But it would have to be black tie only and the bride would have to be wearing something amazing so her mom didn't outshine her!
