Leg Makeup

I recently posted about the best body bronzers and leg makeup. I wanted to post an update about a new leg makeup that I recently tried.

I got a sample of the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs Leg Makeup in the shade Medium. The medium color perfectly matches my summer shaded legs right now. But I will say I prefer to have a little bit darker and tanned legs in the summer. And I like a little bit of sparkle (just a little!) in my leg makeup and body bronzer. This sample was of the lotion leg makeup and I've read reviews that with Sally Hansen the lotion leg makeup is matte and the spray leg makeup has a shimmer to it. The leg makeup was a little hard to rub into my legs like most body makeup. I am sure the waterproof/water resistant formulas make it harder to apply. But once in place my legs looked really good and even-toned. I have a few scars and veins that were hidden, too. When I was out in the sun I inspected my legs pretty closely to see how it looked. When you REALLY look closely you can see that I am wearing leg makeup. But if you look really closely when someone is wearing pantyhose you would notice that, too.

I can't find a sample of the tan lotion so I might just buy it from Ulta and see how it turns out. I really love my Laura Mercier Body Bronzing Makeup - it has a nice dark tan color and a hint of shimmer. I really hope Laura Mercier reformats it and brings it back!
