We are back at one of our favorite places in South Dakota - Angostura!
It is really hard to get a waterfront spot at Angostura but we managed to get a waterfront spot and an end spot! We really love looking out over the lake. We had a cute family of Canadian Geese we saw often:

My favorite part of this stay was the middle of the night! We woke up every night to a family of at least four owls talking to each other. They were so loud and so close - it sounded like they were in the trees above our RV! I didn't want to go outside and scare them and I know I wouldn't have been able to see them anyway. So we enjoyed hearing their hoots.
We did get a really pretty sunset one night:
And the great thing about Angostura is the short drive to Moccasin Hot Springs! And it is not too far from Wind Cave National Park.
