Long time, no post!

Yea I know, you probably thought I gave up on the blog. Well other than being just plain busy, I've just spent the past four days working on our Federal Taxes!

Sure, taxes are easy if you work for someone else, but when you own your own business you have to go through all of your receipts, bills and income and put together more totals than seem possible. It's a real pain.

Then you hear about what is going on in the old Soviet Union and that they now have a flat tax of 10% (it may be 13%, I'm not sure) but either way it's about 1/2 of what I've calculated that we had to pay and it's much easier to calculate.

In case you haven't had a chance to read about the FairTax that has been put together as a possible reform to our current tax system, take a look at FairTax.org where you can read more about it. It is a reform that will get rid of the IRS and enact a national sales tax. It's not a bad idea, take a look.

In the mean time, I'm sure glad that's over. Now I can get back to more important things, like making videos to show you and completing my next version of ShowMeProofs.com. I have a whopper of a marketing idea for when it is complete and I hope it will make as big of an impact as I expect.
