Fusion Cafe

My cousin Kelly's new husband Robbie has opened his own restaurant. It's called the Fusion Cafe and we finally made it to Tallahassee to give it a try.

To be perfectly honest, the food was awesome! We split the Fusion Roast Beef which is a roast beef sandwich with caramelized onions and smoked cheddar cheese and the Seared Rare Tuna with Nappa Cabbage slaw, fried gyoza skins and wasabi aioli. The Roast Beef was awesome and so was the Tuna. The tuna had a sweet and sour taste and a little kick from the wasabi, absolutely great! We will definately go back when we get back to Tallahassee.

Unfortunately Robbie and Kelly were out of town when we were there so we didn't get to see them. (You guys better be there next time we stop in so we can tell you how good the food is in person!!) ;)
