Finished my CEs Finally!

For those of you who don't know, I have my Land Surveying License for the State of Florida and every 2 years I have to have 24 hours of Continuing Education completed along with a check to renew my license. I like to think of it as that special tax that I have to pay every other year.

So since this was my first time having to deal with the Continuing Education requirement I put it off until the end and I found a company in Tampa that would send me the courses on DVD (12 2-hour long discs) along with a test to prove that I had watched them. Luckily the kit also included a book with all of the information from the DVDs because the presentation was REALLY boring!

Well, a few hours of reading and 50 questions later and my test is on it's way back to Tampa to be graded. I have to get 70% to pass which is a C and since it was an open book test I feel pretty good about it. Wish me luck!
