We had a wedding tonight in a Catholic church. I can usually recite every reading and it is pretty predictable on what the priest will say for his sermon. But tonight was totally different - it was one of the best ceremonies I've ever been to. The priest talked about friendship and how important it is to be friends. And how people change and how change is a part of life and you need to expect it and grow with it. And he talked about adventure and how important it is in life. I think it was the first wedding in a long time that I actually listened to and thoroughly enjoyed. I really wish he would have talked longer! I asked the videographer to send me a copy of the video, so if he does I will clip the sermon and post it on here.
