Sometimes there is a new feature that you just hate and when the moment comes that you actually start to appreciate that new feature another new feature just ruins the entire happy experience.
This just happened to me, just now actually. I was searching for something in Google and the suggestions popped up which really annoys me but I hit the down arrow to pick one and suddenly as I arrowed through the suggestions the live search in the background updated with each choice. Now that's really cool!
So when I go to search I don't have to just go with a suggestion, I can arrow through them and see what they return! Suddenly I'm really impressed!
Then... I moved the mouse while scrolling and ran over the little preview arrow thing that Google has at the right side of each listing and everything came to a halt as the right side of the screen tried to display a preview of the site and we all had to wait for that to load. It was a little awkward as the computer and I just stared at each other amazed that it was taking so long.
So there we go, one new feature ruining my sudden excitement over another. Maybe it was just jealous.
