Since we were Cheyenne, I wanted to stop by the Wyoming State Capitol Building.
I love walking around capitol buildings and universities - the architecture is usually beautiful. I also enjoy the manicured lawns and gardens surrounding these places.
We walked James around the front of the Wyoming State Capitol Building and we stopped to take a few photos of James in his cute red, white and blue cowboy hat:
While we were taking J's picture, a man in a suit came out of the front of the building. He walked over and said hello to James and James was happy to see him! The man said to us, "I've seen a lot of photos taken here but this one is my favorite!"
