What is vertical dancing? It is the classy term for pole dancing! For a recent girls night out we decided to try the pole dancing thing. It was funny to watch everyone and try it! I think the hardest part for all of us was doing a "sexy face" as our instructor called it.
I couldn't post the group photo - they are all wedding vendors and I told them I would play nice with the photo.

I will honestly say that this is an insane workout! My arms and shoulders are killing me from holding up my body weight on the pole. I need to work on starting a little higher on the pole - I started in the middle and quickly got to the ground. The spinng part is quite fun! I was talking to Chris later that night and we were trying to figure out how the whole pole dancing thing came about. I'm not sure I'm ready to buy a pole - I think that would scare some brides away even though this is 2007!
