So we hit Walmart again, spent $7 on new fuses and then hit Advanced Auto Parts and bought a pair of needle nosed pliers to remove the fuses. (Don't ask questions here, just understand that you don't realy want to hear the full details of all of this mess.) It looked like our park tour and relaxation day was going to be a get your shit together day instead. But we managed to get the power back to the car chargers and found a power plug in the campground bathroom so it was off to explore the park, finally! The world could wait for the work it needed from us!
We finally headed back toward Acadia around 2:00 pm. We stopped at the Acadia Snack Sheck for a lobster roll, fries and also fed the dogs. It was a feast all around and we were all happy to have a nice break in the middle of a stressful day.
