Arches National Park in the Morning

Arches National Park in the Morning

May 20, 2010 ยท Chris

We woke up early so we could go hunt down some arches, we found out yesterday that the arches are often a long hike from the main road and we wanted to see as many as possible before we had to leave. The sunrise was amazing over the desert landscape.

We didn't need an alarm either thanks to these little guys.

So we packed up our tent and headed out to see what we could find. First stop... the trail to Landscape Arch the most fragile of the big arches. It is so fragile they won't let you walk under it anymore because of the danger of it collapsing. This is one we had to see on this trip just in case we didn't make it back before it fell apart.
