You know this is not a political blog and we are going to keep it that way, but this is a huge day in American History. One way or another we are going to have either our first black President or our first woman Vice-President and this could not be a more exciting election year because of all of the hype over the past campaign year.
Funny that I hated history in school, but thanks to the History Channel, I think that history is not only interesting but fun! I've done my best not to get caught up in the news lately but the stories I heard today were bizarre, including riot gear being passed out in some areas of the country, and Krispy Kreme being threatened with a felony for passing out free doughnuts to people who show that they have voted!
This is really is going to be fun to watch, hopefully it will all be over tonight and we won't have to wait for a few days to see the results. So go watch your favorite red and blue maps develop and remember that you are watching history unfold on your TV.
