Madame Loïk Cheese

It is official. Chris has found his FAVORITE cheese in the entire World. I was looking at cream cheese at the grocery store the other day and they had the usual Philadelphia. But right next to the Philadelphia was Paysan Breton Le Fromage Fouetté Madame Loïk. I love trying new things, so I decided to get a small container of it. Chris tried it and said right away, "You are going to need to go back and buy a bigger container of this!" We eat it with lunch meat, on toast, on salad and we also add it to our scrambled eggs! It is similar to whipped cream cheese but the taste is so much better. So far, we have only been able to find it in France. Madame Loïk, please send your cheese to the US! Now if only we could find bagels in Europe…
