Chris has been dying to take me snow skiing, but I've been dragging my feet. Everyone I know seems to go and come back with broken bones, need surgery, etc. It pretty much freaked me out. But we were going to Gatlinburg and there was a snow ski mountain called Ober. We decided to give it a try. At first I wanted to take a lesson. But Chris said it was easy and he could teach me. I was really scared! But Chris was the best teacher and I picked it up pretty quickly. I decided to do the bunny slope 5 times, but after 3 Chris said I was ready. It was then I was being goofy and fell! But it was SO hard to get up I decided not to fall again. And I didn't! I was very nervous going up the lift. There were lots of people below falling and I was freaked out. But I did fine and we ended up going back over and over - probably 10 times. It was awesome!
