We had another sea day after leaving Costa Rica which we took advantage of by finishing our books and fighting for seats around the pool. We also discovered that the best time to go to the pool is just before the first dinner seating when half of the people on the ship leave to get ready for dinner. Usually you can get a full 2 hours of afternoon sun and no crowd before the sun begins to set and you have the pool to yourself. (plus or minus a few others who have discovered the same thing)
Before bed we sent out an email to try to book a last minute private tour in Georgetown Grand Cayman. It was a snorkeling trip to stingray city and the barrier reef on a sail boat through StingraySailing.com. They offered a better deal than the cruise tours and we wouldn't be in a boat with 400 other people again like we were in Panama.
