Somewhere in the dark, in the middle of the night not too far from our tent it was quiet… very very quiet. Too quiet. I was awake but I wasn't sure why, and did I mention it was quiet? Well not for long! A few campsites over as I lay there watching the stars I heard a big crash! Pots and pans is what it sounded like but most likely this was someone's dinner still sitting out on their picnic table and discovered by some rogue critter. After the crash it was quiet again, no chatter no more ruckus just quiet. I was giggling, somewhere across the campground there was a tent full of people wondering if it was ok to venture out to chase off whatever was into their stuff… or it was someone who was trying to clean up and maybe just dropped everything on accident waking up the entire place.
I'm going with raid because that's more fun. Let me know what you think it was. :)
