Campfire Time

Campfire Time

July 20, 2016 · Chris

After dinner we headed back to the campsite for a campfire and to wind down. James was chilly from being wet so we put him on his bed and threw his blanket on him to warm him up.

The poor guy was cold and tired, just what every active dog needs. :)

Oh, and I finally figured out how to do a nice camp fire. I'm notorious for not being able to start a fire. I've tried everything and I can pretty much promise that if there is an arson case, I'm out as a suspect. So this time I brought a bag of match light charcoal and to get my fire started I made a small pile of charcoal and lit that. Once it was going I just added the log to it and bingo! Simple… camp fire… done! :)
