Rabbit loose in the neighborhood

We keep seeing this black rabbit around our house. He isn't afraid of us and we are guessing he got loose from someone's house or maybe he was set free. He is going nuts enjoying the grass! Lucky for him, he hasn't tried going in our backyard yet!
