James went to the Ophthalmologist. No, he doesn't need glasses! But we think he still looks pretty cute in this pair of reading glasses!
James tends to have a bit of a drippy eye from time to time in his right eye. We've tried drops and cleaning it often and a few other things recommended by our veterinarian. But when we saw our regular vet last month he recommended we see a specialist. A specialist! Yikes. But it was actually a wonderful experience and the Ophthalmologist did all kinds of tests. Basically, James just has a little bit of aggravation because his right eyelid rolls inward just a bit. So he will need a little nip and tuck to fix the problem. The doctor said it wasn't bad so we shouldn't be in a huge hurry to get the surgery. But he gave us all of the information to decide whenever we are ready.
James looks like such a serious Poodle old man in glasses doesn't he?
